John is preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Mlady; sons, Jerry and Danny Mlady, and Red Singleton; daughter, Lori Alexander; sons-in-law, Mike Rock and Tom Chizek; brothers-in-law, Merlyn Walton, Keith Ramsey, and Greg Barth; granddaughter, Tari Lynn Alexander; and parents, Ben and Marie Mlady.
He is survived by his children, Patricia Chizek, Johnny (Barb) Mlady, Leslie Rock, Keith (Kathleen) Alexander, Julie Hansen, Bill (Sandy) Baker, Allison Baker, and Heather Losole; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Ann Walton; brother, Marvin Mlady; sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann Barth and Marilyn Ramsey; and many other loving family members and friends.
