Joe was greeted March 15, 2018 by his godmother Patti Kintzle, who welcomed him with a big hug. He was also preceded in death by his partner, Ken Tackett and their beloved dogs, Apollo and Hannah; father, Richard Swinnerton; and brother, Scott Swinnerton. Survived by his mother, Margie Swinnerton; sisters, Deann Swinnerton (Joanie Palmer) and Cindy Swinarski (Mick); nieces and nephews, Kate, Mike, Jess, and Pat.

Memorial Visitation 3-6pm Sunday, March 18 at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home. Memorial Service 10am Monday, March 19 at the funeral home.
