Preceded in death by mother, Doretta; and sister, Karen Walkling.
Those left to honor Ken’s memory include his children, Kyle (Melanie), Conner, Olivia (Zack) Lenihan, and Cody; grandson, Zayden Lenihan; father, Gerald (Georgia); brothers, Jim (Denise) and Stephan; brother-in-law, Vance Walkling; and his niece, nephews, and many other loving friends and family.
Ken graduated from Underwood High School in 1983. After graduating, he started working for Tyson Foods. Ken met and married Dena (Young) Greelis in 1993 and together they had four children, Kyle, Conner, Olivia, and Cody. During those twelve years, Ken transitioned to work for Conagra Foods. After that time, he continued to work for Conagra Foods and Hormel in Fremont, NE for a short time. He was a very hard worker and worked as many hours as he could.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM. Funeral service will be livestreamed via https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/c25043941197287
Ken will be laid to rest in Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park in a private burial.
