Leni is preceded in death by her parents, Arno and Lotte Rauschenberg; and her brother, Gerd Rauschenberg. She leaves behind her sister-in-law, Ruth Ahlrichs; niece, Jodi Vossen; and two nephews, Jeff Rauschenberg and Jon Rauschenberg.
Leni worked as Medical Technologists for ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia for ten years. She continued her career at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha for nearly 60 years. She finally retired at age 91.
A Celebration of Life Reception will be held at Lakeside Hills Apartment Community Center on Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Refreshments and light food will be served. You are welcome to come and go as you please. Niece and Nephews will be in attendance.
