Preceded in death by husband, John Rangel; parents, Gustav and Lena Schultz; brother, Ray Schultz; sister, Gladys Schultz; half-brothers, Leonard Pedde and Eric Pedde; half-sisters, Frieda Butler, Amelia Gunderson, Irene Golder, and Alma Wollman; and son-in-law, Patrick Siegler.
Lilas is survived by her daughter, Tawnee Siegler; sister, Ruth (Bill) Hickerson; sister-in-law, LaVonne Schultz; nephew, Scott (Christena) Schultz; and many loving extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Lilas will be laid to rest at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park.
