Linda Lee Peltz

Linda was born on November 19, 1943 to Earl and Lillian Ringo. She was the youngest of eight kids. She graduated from Omaha South High School and later married her beloved husband, Dennis Peltz. They raised three kids and she relished her role as Mom, wife, taking care of the family. She loved to bake cookies, crochet, and traveling with her husband and kids. She was devoted to her grandchildren and enjoyed attending their games, recitals, and special events.

When her kids got older, she went to work for the Douglas County Sheriff Department and later Sears in the furniture department. Linda was loved by so many, even strangers. She was kind, loving, and giving. She loved to volunteer at the kids’ schools and spend time traveling with the family. Throughout her life, she dealt with many health issues and endured heartbreaking losses. Losing her son Michael and husband Dennis, was devastating to her but she remained steadfast in her devotion to the Lord.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dennis, and son, Michael.

She is survived by daughter Steffany Peltz Grasmick and husband Scott. Special niece Debbie Degrant (Larry), Daughter in law, Stephanie Curran (Shawn), Daughter Tiffany Heran (Jim). Grandchildren Steven Price, Emeilie Hamling (Cody), Dylan Price (Brooklyne), Austin Peltz (Piper Geise), Cody Peltz (Brianna Edmunds), Paige Rutherford, Kyle Rutherford, Katerina Peltz, Brittany Brooks. (Nick), Kendall Grasmick, Lauren Grasmick, Alec Stouffer, Morgan Stouffer, and Rachel Stouffer. Four great grandchildren, Graham and Olivia Hamling, Mavis Peltz, and Jayden Brooks, several nieces and nephews.
