Was born September 10, 1946 in Greenwood Mississippi to the late Anthony Reaves Sr. and Mrs. Ruby Lee Reaves Margaret attended Threadgill Elementary, and Threadgill, High School and she went on to further study at Mississippi Valley State University
Margaret loved the Lord at an early age. She attended Locust Grove Missionary Baptist church where she would attend Sunday school. Margaret enjoyed singing. She sung in the choir. She relocated to Omaha Nebraska until her demise she had a passion working with children and was a day care provider for numerous years until her health failed. She is preceded in death by Her late husband Rev Otis Barnes, and her parents, She leaves to cherish her daughters Candace Barnes , Omaha,Ne Priscilla Barnes, Omaha, Ne, She also leaves two sisters Bettye Watkins Atlanta, Ga and Deborah Stonewall, Greenwood, Ms
