She went by many names throughout her 81 years. She started off by going by Janie, then when she met Dick, she decided to go by Marilyn! As life went on, she then would be called “old bat” by Dick. Then she became “Mom” then “Grandma” and maybe her favorite was “Great”!!! She absolutely cherished all of her kids!!! She had many many friends. Marilyn never knew a stranger and was kind to everyone she met, unless you made her mad, then you got “the look”.
Marilyn had many hobbies, the mountains in Colorado, crocheting, NASCAR, all of her Boxers! And most of all when her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren would stop by for a visit.
We would like to invite anyone who has a special memory of Marilyn to please share! Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.westlawnhillcrest.com for the Andersen family.
There will be a luncheon in Valley following the services. It will be held at “The Barn” 6828 North 264th Circle.
