Marjorie I. Ryckman

Marjorie I Ryckman went home to be with our Heavenly Father on October 1, 2026. She was Marj THX to everybody else. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Mary and Robert Blacketer, Brothers Ronnie and Pat Blacketer. Marj is survived by her husband, Bob Ryckman, 3 kids, Jake Ryckman, Robb Ryckman (Gina), and Jessie Ryckman (Marcus Jones), and many siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends. Marj is number 8 out of 11, and loved spending time with her siblings. Even through Covid, she would find a way to see her siblings, even if it was just a drive by. Marj was a Jill of all trades, if you brought an idea to her, she would find a way to make it work or come up with a new way to make your idea better than before. Her happy place was her oasis, where she camped, sewed, and spent time with family and friends. Marj loved her crafts, whether it was junk journaling or sewing. She loved working with her hands and loved seeing everybody’s reactions to the things she would make and give to them. There were very few moments where she was sitting still. But if she was it was probably because we were making her watch “scary, icky” shows like Stranger Things or Criminal Minds, but her all time favorites were 24 or Sullivan’s Crossing. No matter what Marj was known for her love for her family, and her creativity and her memory will be kept alive by everyone who’s lives she touched.
