Dear Mary Anne,
We thank God for your sweet life and the joy you brought to your parents, all your family, and the many friends whose lives you have touched along the way. As the children of your first cousin, Wallace Wicks (who absolutely loved his “Cousin Molly”), Bill, Laura, and I were so honored to be your cousin and to enjoy visits with you throughout our growing-up years when we would pass through Omaha going out West in the station wagon from our home in NC. I remember your dancing to “12th Street Rag” and other favorites of your parents, Golden and Katie.  You could always be counted on to recall every detail of friends and family, including birthdays and favorite things. You were gentle, thoughtful and kind and always made us feel welcome and loved. You had many (what most would call) challenges in your life but were never heard to complain and rarely showed frustration (every now and then ❤️). You were the star of the show for most gatherings and simply 
brought joy to all. God has now welcomed you to the Church Triumphant, and we celebrate in the knowledge you are enjoying heavenly reunions with your parents, my parents,  my husband, many of your dear friends and family members who cherished you and have gone before you. We will miss you but look forward to our heavenly reunion with you when God calls us home.
