Chef, So glad I got to work with you at the Lodge of Four Seasons. And that we remained friends on facebook. I had fun at work with you even though I directly didn't work with you on the line. And learned so much from you. You always had a smile on your face. You will be sadly missed. Forever in our hearts.

Potage, I had hoped we'd meet again and remember our college days. Whitey, myself and the rest of the "Men's Club" will remember your humor, infectious smile and culinary gifts. May God comfort your family. RIP Jen "Mirepoix"

Mike was part of my family back in the '90's when he was married to my sister Kim. I didn't get to know him very well, but what I knew of him I liked. He gave me a beautiful niece, Sydney, and for that I will forever be grateful. Peace to his family and friends.
