I will always remember my cousin Peggy's sweet, sweet spirit and soft voice.
She was such a sweetheart. 
I recall our times together all the way back to our teenage years. 
She will be sorely missed.

We are saddened by your mother’s sudden death. We truly looked forward to meeting her. Our family feels blessed that you both came in to our lives in 2019! We quickly learned that Peggy raised two amazing daughters and it was evident how much your mother was loved by her family. Much love from your extended WA family - Julie Scott Ellie and David 

Ms. Peggy will most definitely be missed! I will never forget her, and will cherish how much she enjoyed my cooking and my daughter! It’s been over 20 years of knowing the Ingrams. So this loss is tough. Sending my love and condolences during this time. I love you all!

Peggy, you will be missed! Although we only hung out a handful of times,  Angela would always keep me updated on how you were doing. I really enjoyed driving you around and talking about the most random things. Thank you for remembering my name and asking Angela about me throughout the years, it made my day everytime and made me smile. Thank you for making Angela and Alex the women they are today. For giving them your sense of humor, I really enjoy it!
Rest in peace. 

I'm thinking Peggy deserves my appreciation for all the times she showed me what it was to create a sense of belonging for loved ones. 

My favorite memories surround that. During the time she let me live in her home, I remember her consistency because most nights she would spend time watching and talking about the Ch. 7 news after work while she played Solitaire on the computer.  I remember her fussing when she would lovingly cook for when we went to one of her sister's for random reasons like curtain hanging parties...  Her potato salad will always be my favorite. She never made me feel like I didn't belong and typically fussed at me to make sure I got enough to eat instead of hanging back and being shy. Back then (20 years ago), I couldn't put my admiration and appreciation for her consistency into words. But I hope she knew. 

Thank you for always supporting myself and my girls. We will miss you celebrating all of the family success. Let’s take it way back to when Cha’Mya was in my stomach; when I would have my peach cravings you always made sure I had cans of peaches to snack on. You’ll forever be in my heart. Love, Chama

Oh, Peggy!  You could always have me laughing in no time. I know that for sure! There isn’t anyone else’s dry sarcasm I will miss more than yours!! More than anything else, I’m just so thankful for you giving the world two of the best humans I’ve ever met. Angela and Alex are my family, so you will always be family too! ❤️

I remember when I was little (about 5) Ms. Peggy had made some fried chicken and I loved her chicken so much. She knew I did too so when my mom kept telling me to get back in the car Ms. Peggy was like come on Myemye and made sure I got some chicken. In her eyes I always stayed that little Myemye, and I remember the last conversation I had with her was about 20 minutes long as I was walking to class on the Promenade at Clark Atlanta University on Valentine’s Day.

I’m speechless. I want to say thank you. Thank you for being my ma, loving me unconditionally, putting me in check, and teaching me how to survive in this crazy world. Im selfishly hurt because I can’t call and “aggravate” you anymore but I know your soul is at peace and you are no longer in pain. I will carry you in my heart everyday and know you always by me and Angie’s side.

Momma, what can I say... I love you with every fiber of my being. Your everlasting love and support will be undoubtedly missed. I know you worried about me, but I’ll be okay. Just like you, I’m the fighter you raised me to be. My heart aches, but my soul rests because you are at peace, there’s no more pain and your smile is lighting my path 💚 Rest peacefully, you’ve more than earned it - Love always, Pumpkin. I got to know Peggy through Angela while we were in OT school. She immediately took interest in how all of Angela’s friends were doing. She always asked about everyone by name, and remembered details about their lives. After OT school ended, I would see her occasionally and she could always remember what was going on in my life the last time I saw her, even if months went by. Her thoughtfulness could make anyone feel special. She continued to reach out for holidays sometimes catching me by surprise with a phone call or text out of the blue. Some of my favorite conversations with her revolved around Angela and Alex, food, and of course the casino! She will be greatly missed… her family is blessed to have her looking over them. All my love Peggy. 

Ms. Peggy was more than my best friend’s mom. She was an extension of family. I actually lived with her for a period of time and through living with her we were able to bond. The last time I saw Ms.Peggy was at a family gathering. My daughter was so drawn to her and it was wonderful watching them connect. To the entire Ingram family you have my condolences. Ms.Peggy will be missed and her passing comes unexpectedly even though we all must pass from this life. I love you Alex and Ang. Praying for you during this time.

There are so many words that can describe you ,but the one thing I can say is family. No matter what the family would be first and foremost, you are now with your mom, sister, and brother. I love you always and will miss your laughter. Love  your niece. T

To my oldest sister... I've never known life without you. In my mind, I was always your  favorite...lol. I could get you to do things for me, when you wouldn't budge for anyone else. Oh man...you were stubborn!
I will miss your laugh, along with the ever present eye roll. Family celebrations will never be the same.
