Rick is survived by his children, Shane (Molly) Sorenson and Ryan (Syneathea Slater) Tripp; grandchildren, Alex Sorenson and Landon Tripp; siblings, Ed Tripp, Randy Tripp, and Ronnie Tripp; many nieces and nephews; and many loving friends and extended family.
Preceded in death by loving wife, Terri Lynn Tripp; and parents, Delores and Roy "Mick" Tripp.
Please join us in celebrating Rick's life. A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at Eclipse Tavern in Omaha.
