Cindy, Norah, Matthew, rest of the family and friends, including those who were involved with Ron's Stand up to Cancer, my heartfelt condolences to all. The movie was a beautiful tribute - very touching and inspiring to the point of tears.
I can't imagine the complexity of what you're going through, Cindy.
May these words provide you a measure of comfort in your time of grief: "Now , however, these three remain: faith, hope, love; but the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13

I am so very sorry and sad for those of you who loved Ronald. I send sincerest sympathy. The best comfort I can offer is to pass along this magnificent promise from our Heavenly Father; He will bring our loved ones back to life, (John 5:28,29) healthy and happy on the restored Earth in paradise conditions. (Isaiah 11:6-9) He will bless righteous humankind and do away with war, hunger, poverty, old age, sickness and even death, permanently! (Isaiah 33:24) (Rev 21:4) Can you imagine the pure joy of embracing our lost loved ones, and knowing we will never feel sorrow ever again. This is the near future for those who love God and worship Him the way He has set out for us in the scriptures. (John 17:3). These promises are to bring us hope and peace. I wish you both.
