1937 - 2013
Ronald Dean Wilke, age 76, died September 13, 2013, at his home in Omaha, NE. Ron was born on May 17, 1937 in Bennington, NE, to Herman Carl Frederick Wilke and Bertha Mae (Petersen) Wilke. He graduated from North High School in Omaha, and attended college at the University of Nebraska in Omaha. Ron married Linda Lee Hall on January 18, 1963, and to this union 1 son was born, Jeffrey Allen Wilke. Most of Ron's professional career was in the construction business, primarily as a Construction Superintendent with Overland Wolf, Omaha Housing Authority, and Overland Constructors. Ron is survived by his brother, Robert Wilke and wife Ann of Fremont, NE; twin grandsons, Cody and Kyle Wilke; their mother, Shirley Paullin, Glenwood, IA; and many other relatives and friends.
A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to: the Cody and Kyle Wilke Trust, and mailed to Mike Earleywine (Trustee) at 6017 Lafayette Court, Omaha, NE 68132.
