Sam J. Sequenzia, 68, of Omaha, passed away on January 20, 2025.
Born on October 21st 1956, in Omaha, NE , Sam was a devoted husband, brother, father, uncle and grandfather. He was a kind, hardworking man and wonderful musician. He loved his family, loved fishing, and lived life to the fullest.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Catherine -Cookie-; 3 sisters, Karen (Mike), Connie (Earl), and Sheila (Don); 3 children, Jason (Deidre), Sara (Jeremy) and Samantha (Daniel); and 6 grandchildren, Courtney (Omar), Jeremy Blase, Jaden, Elijah, Jaxson, Jace, and Charlie. Also, 2 great grandchildren, Xzhavier and Delilah. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Beverly and his sister, Cherry.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 31st, 2025, at 11:30 am with Visitation starting at 11 am at Westlawn Hillcrest.
Sam will be greatly missed, but will forever be remembered for his warmth and love of life.
