

Scot passed away peacefully, after a courageous fight with cancer, on January 27, 2025 at home in Bellevue, Nebraska. Scot was preceded in death by his father Robert Queen; step-father James Chlupacek; grandparents Frank and Georgia Paskach; Elbert and Nellie Queen; aunt and uncle Frank R. and June Paskach; aunts Jean Marie and LuAnn Paskach; aunt and uncle Ken and Gladys Harper; uncle Ken Phillips.
He is survived by daughters Ashley Queen, Omaha, NE and Samantha Queen (Philip Schram) Bellevue, NE; grandchildren Jonah, Philip and Paisley, Bellevue, NE; mother Karen Queen, Papillion, NE; brother Mark Queen, Haysville, KS; sisters Debra (Greg) Engler, Papillion, NE, Diane (David) Stickler, Omaha, NE, Teresa Zyla, Omaha, NE; uncles Charles (Carol) Paskach, Papillion, NE, Douglas (Connie) Paskach, Omaha, NE; aunts Judeane (Edward) Tusa, Patricia (Edward) Micek, Kathleen (Raymond) Pentagulio, all of Omaha, NE; aunt Marilyn Phillips, Howell, MI; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Over the years Scot worked in various construction jobs, as a cement mason and concrete finisher and most recently as a pipe insulator. Scot loved golf, playing in several leagues over the years. He even got a 'hole in one' and a write-up in the newspaper! And he would never turn down a cold beer.
Scot is dearly loved and will be missed.
