He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Gardels.
Thomas is survived by his mother, Mildred Gardels; loving wife, Sandi; son, ezekiel (Zeke); daughters, Jamie and Cari Beth; six grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.
Thomas was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He meant the world to us and will be greatly missed. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and driving his 1955 pontiac. He was all about family and friends. Tom had the knack to make you laugh at any given moment and was the life of the party. He had many friends he loved like family. If you knew him you loved him and knew that he above all else cared deeply for those around him. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
