Veretta is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Don; daughter, Cheyrl; and son-in-law, Ron. She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Edward; and children, Don, Diane, and Pam.
Visitation will be Monday, July 10,10-11am with Funeral Service at 11am at Hanscom Park United Methodist Church, 4444 Francis St., Omaha.
Private burial at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Humane Society.
