Walter "Sonny" J. Kasal Sr., age 89, of Bellevue, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Walter was born in Omaha, Nebraska and was a veteran of the United States Army. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Elda; parents, Frank and Anna; siblings; and stepson, Wesley. Survived by stepchildren, Mike, Linda, and Teri; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A Visitation for Sonny will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68106, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.
