Alan L. Trask

Alan was born on August 31, 1957 in Utica the son of Louie F. and Jane (McMullen) Trask.

He was raised in Laurens and graduated from Laurens Central School. After graduation, he entered the Navy where he was trained as a chef. He served on the USS Bordelon. Upon his return to the U.S. he got married in 1978 and worked his passion as a chef. He was a baker for SUNY, Oneonta in the early 2000’s.

His hobbies included music and singing.

Alan is survived by his children, Issac A. Trask of Cooperstown and Tenicia Trask-Yeager of Albany; his parents, Louie and Jane Trask of Mt. Vision; his granddaughters, Haley E. Trask of Ocala, Florida and Jane A. Yeager of Albany.

He is also survived by his brother, Terry D. Trask of Binghamton and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
