It was a pleasure knowing & then working with Allen. We worked together with the boy scout program in Davenport for many years & then Allen came to work with me at Reinhardt Corp. In West Oneonta. We shared family experiences & I will remember him for being a loving father faithful to his family. Rest in peace my friend. Rudy & Beverly Ballard
