Andrew B. Winters Bell

He/she was born June 6, 1998 in American Fork, Utah. Andrew graduated from Laurens Central School the Class of 2016.

Andrew (Paisley) enjoyed nature and taking walks in the woods. He/she had a love for music, social justice and loving kindness for people. He/she marched to his/her own drummer but was much loved and respected for his/her intelligence, creative, loving mind and spirit.

Andrew (Paisley) is survived by his/her parents, Spencer Bell and Bernadette Winters Bell; his beloved dog, Shadow; as well as many, many friends and family.

A service will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 11:00 am at Temple Beth El, 83 Chestnut Street, Oneonta. Burial will follow in the Temple Beth El Cemetery (the Jewish section of Mt. Calvary Cemetery).
