She was born November 26, 1948 in Cooperstown the daughter of Harold and Virginia (Giudice) Hayes.
Bonnie married Dennis Budine on October 12, 1989 in Otego.
Bonnie enjoyed the simple things in life, sitting outside on her porch, routing on the Yankees but what brought her the greatest joy was her family especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed getting together for the holidays and all of the family time.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Dennis Budine; sister, Madeline Hayes; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Amy Gardner; step children, Ronald and Donna Budine and Robin Brown; grandchildren, Amethyst Noel Gardner and fiancé, David Lincoln, Brandon Jeffey Gardner and Tiffany Elizabeth Gardner; four step grandchildren; 6 step great grandchildren; as well as two aunts and several cousins. She was predeceased by her beloved dog, Ollie; her parents, Harold and Virginia Hayes, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin with the Rev. Casey Bradley officiating.
