On May 22, 2020 Christine “Chris” Frances Romanelli, 63, passed away at AdventHelath in Ocala, FL. Christine was a loving Mom, Grandma, Sister, Aunt and friend to many.

She was born to the late Frances “Lauricella” Romanelli and Gennaro “Jerry” P. Romanelli, in Brooklyn, NY.

She was predeceased by her big brother, Gennaro “Jerry” P. Romanelli.

Left to cherish the memories of a life taken too soon are her partner of 19 years, Scott Hill of Ocala, FL; 3 children, Thomas Romanelli and fiancé, Kerry of Oneonta, Angela Lancto and husband, Brian of Plattsburgh, Stephanie Allen and husband, Wayne, Jr. of Plattsburgh; her 6 grandchildren, Caiden, Wayne III, Gennaro, Gianna, Hannah and Joshua; 2 sisters, Marie Anselmo and husband, Robert of Monroe, NJ and Bernadette Roberts and husband, William of Oneonta; 1 brother, Stephen Romanelli and wife, Barbara of White House, TN; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chris attended Our Lady Help of Christians in Brooklyn and Oneonta High School. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church. Chris was a lifelong NY Mets fan even going as far as wearing a Mets shirt into Yankees Stadium. Chris worked in the Oneonta area for many years making many friends along the way.

Chris loved the Christmas season and everything it stands for and being surrounded by those she held so dear in her heart.

Services for Christine will be held at a later date when all of her loved ones and friends may gather and celebrate the memories she made while here on earth.
