Diane Doris Alcott

She was born on September 9, 1943, in Walton, New York, the daughter of Clifford and Genevieve (Seymour) Finch. She married Wayne Alcott on April 12, 1975. He predeceased her in Feb of 2005.

She is survived by her children, Kirk and Dawn Finch of East Meredith, NY, Kim Aldrich of Crestview, FL; Gordon (Butch) Aldrich of Crestview, FL, Rodney Harris of East Meredith, NY, Roger Harris of Delancey, NY, and Rose Doroski of Davenport Center, NY.

Grandchildren, Javin Guile (Jessica) of Crestview FL, Jamey Musser (Scott) of Crestview, FL, Melissa McAdams (Dusty) of Davenport, NY, Brendan Chase of Oneonta, NY, Brittany DeFruscio (Adam) of Niskayuna, NY, Tyler Harris of Hamden, NY, Matthew Harris of East Meredith, NY, Regina Roe of Oneonta, NY, Angelica Helm of Walton, and Gordon Aldrich III of Unadilla, NY.

She is also survived by her brother, Daniel Finch of Winter Springs, FL.

Great grandchildren, Alyson and JJ Guile of Crestview, FL, Logan Myers of Crestview, FL, Jasen Harris of Hamden, NY, Journee Nyx of Oneonta, NY, Jacob Blackburn of Davenport Center, NY, Maci and Paxton DeFruscio, Kailey Wiedemann, and Cooper McAdams; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins; special niece, Victoria Finch Hudson of Davenport, NY, special great niece, Jennifer Bartlett Cross.

She is also survived by brother and sister in law Jim and Gail Alcott of North Point, FL and Oneonta, NY; many life-long friends, MaryAnn Helmer of Davenport Center, Evelyn Fisher of Oneonta, NY, and Sam Sweet of Denton, NC.

She was predeceased by grandchildren, Larry VanKeuren, and Necole & Sabrina Aldrich of Davenport Center, NY; her brother and sister in law, Joel & Margaret Finch, and a sister and brother in law, Betty & Jr Gransbury.

Burial will take place in Davenport Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
