Carol...I'm sorry to hear of your mother's recent passing...my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

Carol, Glenda & Beth:  My Mom and I often reflect on those days when our families were growing up next door to each other at the Lake.  Specifically, we frequently recall your Mom making her way along the ties from your camp to ours, in the morning with a cup of coffee in her hand, later in the day with a drink, to join us on the porch and light up our conversation.  Those were wonderful times!  My sympathies.  I miss her, too.

Carol, Glenda and Beth, we are so sad to have to say goodbye to your Mom.  I have such fond memories of her, as I spent so much time at your camp with you during my early years. And Pat and I both have more recent memories of great times with our neighbors, Dori and Ken.  Our sympathies to you and your families at this sad time.  Nancy and Pat

Beth,Glenda, Carol, Mary and Megan, only the fondest of memories for your mom. She was always there, the day when I brought home my Sonja, who was the first one there to help? On my wedding day, who opened their home to us. The summer BBQ"s and clam bakes. the watchful eye over all of us growing up at the lake in the summers. She will be missed but never out of our hearts. Dori Ken and Kevin and maybe Sonja too, are all looking down over us and telling us not to be sad, that they are all together again at the big clam bake in the sky enjoying a cold one or two. I am saddened to read of your mother's death.   I remember the coffee klatches that we had on Chestnut Street.  I remember the purple gingham dresses that she made for you one Easter. We learned to play bridge with that group of women.   Although I lost touch with you girls, Rexene Ashford Orenhauer would tell me about some of your parent's travels.   My sympathy to all of you. Dear Carol, Glenda and Beth: So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Harry and I remembered so many good times with all of you, gatherings at Arnold's lake, the house on Chestnut St., Christmas Eves playing with Kevin's toys before he got them on Christmas Day, wall papering the dining room only to have all the paper on the floor the next morning (laughter got us through that incident) and many more memories.  We are sorry we won't be able to be with you on Tuesday, but you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Love to you all,
