He served in the Navy during WWII. He worked as a lineman for the NY Telephone Company for 37 years until his retirement and then drove bus for the Oneonta City School for 10 years. He enjoyed collecting coins.
He is survived by his loving companion, Beverly Sperry and her sons, Wayne and Ruth and Steve Sperry; his children and their spouses David and Michele Kiser, Sandra and Arthur Rorick and Steven and Lynn Kiser; two brothers Paul and Arthur Sr.
He was predeceased by his wife Marie J. Kiser in 2009 and infant son James.
The family would like to thank the dialysis unit at Oneonta and Cooperstown for all their good care and treatment.
