Mark C. Centofante

He was born March 31, 1959 in New York City the son of the late Patrick Centofante and Mary Patricia (Heverly) Tedesco.

Mark spent his career in construction and was a skilled truck driver, navigating the streets of NYC in his days employed by the NY Times.

Mark was an avid bowler and won many awards and accolades. He had a knack for golf and enjoyed rounds with his family and friends. He was a kind and generous soul, often going out of his way to help others.

Mark is survived by his children, Kristy, Christopher and Caitlin ; brother, Matthew (Teresa) Centofante; aunt, Marie Centofante; niece, TinaMarie (Ben) Health and their children, Jackson and Henry; nephew, Matthew Centofante; and cousin, Nancy Centofante.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 in the Bookhout Funeral Home, 357 Main Street, Oneonta from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home with the Rev. Stephen D. Fournier officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Emmons.
