Will always remember Grandma Phyllis as a kind and gentle, happy Grandma who we loved as an extended part of our family. We had many happy times together at the holidays and at the lake - she would make a favorite recipe and just tell you it was so simple :). She had a great chuckle and fast smile - never an unkind word. She so enjoyed the children and was always watching and listening and caring. Rest in peace, dear Grandma Phyllis. You will truly be missed!

I was blessed to meet the Roberts while waiting tables at Jay’s Place in Oneonta. Some of the best memories I have at Jay’s are the heart warming conversations we would have. How blessed I am to have had the opportunity to get to know Phyllis and Dick in my few years there. Expressing my most heartfelt sympathy to her family.
