She was born June 25, 1955 in Sidney the daughter of the late Wilbur and Betty (Lazzara) Clark.
In her younger years, Pam enjoyed bowling. She also loved shopping but what brought her the greatest joy was her daughter, Tammara and her grandchildren, Caden and Chloe.
Pam is survived by her daughter, Tammara; two grandchildren, Caden and Chloe; brother, Robert and Stephanie Clark; two nieces and one nephew. She was predeceased by her twin sister, Patty and her husband, Keith Horth and her younger brother, Ronnie Clark.
There will not be any services at this time. Her ashes will be laid to rest next to her mother in the Oneonta Plains Cemetery.
