She was born August 04, 1960 in Oneonta the daughter of the late Charles and Virginia (Roe) Palmer.
For many years, Pam was a waitress at many local diners.
She is survived by her children, Bobbi-Jo and Jonathan; grandchildren, Taylor, Kayla, Lynn and Xavier; great grandchildren, Malcolm and Kendyll; two brothers, Hans and Paul Palmer; and aunt, Linda Couse. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Virginia Palmer; and sister, Kelly O’Neal.
