Had the privilege of hunting with ricky in 2021. We reminisced and hunted, i will never forget the special time we had together and to spend that time in Gods creation.

Visiting brother Charles after his stroke and took him out on the bank of black river  and caught northern pike using minnows on bottom with sinker. What a great thing to be with brothers. We all loved each other

I look forward to the day to meet with all my brothers and sisters in heaven. God watch over all of us Mom and Dad grandparents, great grandparents and all family I never knew. Forgive them all for any and all thier sins so they may be in heaven together with God

Rick would come out for 3 years 2021-2023 until his health wouldn’t allow him to come to farm and hunt.  When he wasn’t healthy enough to come to farm, We spent a lot of time over the phone talking and sharing memories and deer pics sent to his phone from the cameras in the woods he hunted in.  That way he could see deer in the woods day by day. He loved that even though he couldn’t be here

Rick helped during day and hunted in the morning and evening. He sure loved being in the woods hunting. He had a watchful eye in the woods. I like  how serious he was once in the woods. He would look at all different types of trees in the woods and comments on them

Rick supervising the new shed build. He always put his thoughts into the project and always commented positively  of how building went up.  He enjoyed overlooking the project and how fast it went up , Rick also operated the bobcat on this project. I really enjoyed having him here helping build the shed and deer hunting. He liked that. Rick was a great listener

The day Rick, Rob and I set up stand in woods preparing for opening day of rifle season. Always exciting tge days before the hunt. Rick always said there’s no bad deer stand out there

Rob and Rick hunted together and After Rob shot at deer from stand Rob asked Rick if he got the deer and Rick said yeah you got him. They later found blood and a nice buck

Thank you, brother Ricky for being such a loving, caring man. Even when you had tough days you still called to see how i was doing and had many hunting chats with Mark as well. So grateful to the Lord that Mark and i were able to see you and your beautiful  area.

As I wrote this I am again in tears; sad of your passing; hurting for my sister.  I remember your love for her and how you cared for her children and grandchildren. You were a good role model for them as stepfather and I know your grandchildren loved you so much. I wish I could be there. I will never forget you and will always think of you with a smile on my face.
