Robert H. Bailey, 82, a longtime resident of Oneonta, New York, died unexpectedly on November 4, 2025. He was employed with NYSEG for thirty years. Robert proudly served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army National Guard for over twenty years. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Francine (Stevens) Bailey. His daughters Robin (and Diane) Bailey of Palm Bay, Florida and Patricia Bailey of Santa Fe, New Mexico. There are no funeral services. A private family burial is planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Milford Volunteer Fire Department, East Meredith Volunteer Fire Department, or American Legion of Oneonta.
