She was long time employee of the Oneonta Elks Club as a waitress and cook.
Virginia is survived by son Edward Lynch and wife Teri-Lee, daughter Deborah Manzer, Brian Haines and fiancée Gretchen Brown. Grandchildren Ryan Lynch and wife Lauren, Jennifer Manzer Speer, and Brianna Haines. Great Grandchildren Wyatt Speer, Lucille Speer, Charlotte Lynch and Walker Lynch. Many loved nieces and nephews and life-long friend Grace Speranzi.
She was predeceased by her husband Francis T. Lynch and sister Mildred Huntington.
There will be no calling hours or services at this time, inurnment will be at a later date at Saratoga National Cemetery with her husband.
