Adelaide Valadao Lourenco

Adelaide entered into rest at the age of 77 on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Adelaide was born in Terceira Acores Portugal on September 28th, 1947 to Francisco Pinheiro and Maria Nazare. She was one of twelve children born in the small town of Lajes Praia Da Vitoria. In January 1972 she married her first love and then moved to America in September 1973.

Adelaide is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joaquim and three children Luciano Lourenco (wife Angela), Lisa Rocha (husband Adelino) and Danny Lourenco. She has five grandchildren Noah Lourenco (wife Kaylee), Dylan Lourenco, Madison Lourenco, Liam Rocha and Luke Rocha.

Adelaide’s hobbies included sewing, cooking & shopping. Adelaide’s greatest joy was to cook for her family especially Portuguese dishes. She was described as an independent, sweet, kind hearted, friendly person. Adelaide leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will be carried on by her family and friends.
