Angela Ann Aguerre

Angela A. Aguerre was called to Heaven February 9th 2025. She was surrounded by her family she loved so much. Angela was born March 3rd, 1937 to Esther and Angelo Petrillo in New Jersey. Angela loved rollerskating, going to the beach, walking on the boardwalks in Asbury Park and Long Branch and ice skating in the New Jersey winters.

In 1950 Angelo decided to move his family to Southern California where opportunity was abundant and the sunshine was plenty. Angela and her parents made Chino, CA their home along with other family members already enjoying Chino. They made this move prior to her starting Chino High School. Angela excelled in mathematics and bookkeeping before graduating in 1955. She met the love of her life, Louie, and started a family. Angela was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Aunt.

Angela loved spending time with family and friends at social events. She enjoyed bowling, shopping and traveling to see her 3 granddaughters. Angela has three children Arlette Melton (David); Marie Schofield (Dean); Louie “Butch” Aguerre Jr. (Shannon) along with grandchildren Alexandria Aguerre (Jimmy); Emily Melton; Kristin Lopez (Jon) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held for Angela on Monday, March 3, at 1:30pm at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 12686 Central Ave. Chino, CA 91710
