Ann Bragg

Ann was born in Tyler, Minnesota to Michael and Lily Stewart. She was the youngest of 4 children. She moved to Ontario, CA with her family and attended Chaffey High School graduating in 1945. She married

William Gordon Bird Jr., in 1949, and had 2 children: Judy Bird and Jeff Bird. They resided in Ontario

In 1983, she married Dale Bragg, her high school sweetheart. Her family now included 4 more children: Larry, Warren, Ron, and Diane Bragg. They were married almost 30 years before Dale's passing in 2012.

Ann worked for the Automobile Club of Southern California for many years. She started in the Ontario office and later worked in the Upland, Covina, and Azusa offices. She retired as an office manager in 1989.

Retired life meant she could spend more time with her grandchildren. Grandma Ann loved her grandchildren and they loved her! Time spent with grandma was the best! She enriched their lives so much. Quinn, Alexandra, Andrew, Courtney, Jared, and Alexander were blessed with their wonderful Grandma

Ann. Ann was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was also a smart, feisty lady and an avid golfer. She loved spending time with her family and friends, traveling, golfing, playing cards and board games, and taking long walks.

Our family will greatly miss this fine lady we were blessed to have as a mother and grandmother. She was our role model for kindness, love, and respect for all.

Services for Ann are Friday, August 3, at 10:00 AM, at Drapers Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave., Ontario, CA. Donations can be made in honor of Ann Bragg to the Plymouth Village Foundation, c/o of Mike Ballinger, 900 Salem Dr., Redlands, CA, 92373.
