Ann Louise Valentine-Campos

Ann Valentine-Campos (Carr) passed away on February 4, 2015 in Upland, California at the age of 83. She was from Mount Dora, Florida. She was born in Essex, Ohio on December 21, 1931 to Edgar and Sarah Carr. She is survived by her son and Daughter-in-Law, Victor and Diane Valentine; three grandchildren, Christopher, Brandy and Kristopher Valentine. She has two great-grandchildren, Avery and Travis Valentine. Ann leaves behind a brother, Jack Carr, from Toledo, Ohio and a sister-in-law, Millie Sylvia of Ft. Myers, Florida and a legacy of many nieces and nephews to love and cherish her. She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Campos and a son, Marc E. Valentine, and brother Guy Carr. She will be greatly missed.Her beautiful smile and the love we all felt from her will be with us forever.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Avenue, Ontario, California 91762.

Checks should be made payable to Alzheimer's Association and donors should write Ann's name in the memo part of the check and/or including a little note letting Jennifer know that their donation is in Ann's name. They will accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and each donor will receive an acknowledgment letter that serves as a receipt.
