

Billy Joe Carmean, of Highland, CA passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on November 29, 2024, in the presence of his loving family. Bill was born in Ketchum, OK in 1932. He met his wife Swan Carmean in 1947 at Chaffey High School, they were married 71 years before her passing in 2022. Bill belonged to the IBEW and worked as an electrician for over 30 years. Bill was a man of faith who not only enjoyed attending church but took on several roles within the church throughout his years. In his younger years, he loved hunting, fishing, golfing, camping, and creating extravagant vegetable gardens. Lately, he enjoyed going to breakfast and lunch with his guy friends, playing the lottery weekly, tending to his yard, and watching Dodgers baseball. He was ecstatic that they won the World Series this year! Bill was preceded in death by his wife Swan, son Daniel, his parents Joe and Audrey Carmean, and his sister Elsie. Bill is survived by his brother Jim and sister Hazel, his daughters Rhonda and Annette, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, an extended family, and many wonderful friends. Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no funeral.
