It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Boyce Neal Allen of Ontario, California. Boyce entered into rest at the age of 89 on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Boyce was born in Arkansas on November 5, 1933. He was born to father Newell and mother Floy. After high school Boyce had a career of being a business owner. He manufactured switchboard for over 30 years.
