It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Charles Dwight Smith of Ontario, California. Charles entered into rest at the age of 79 on Friday, August 11, 2023. Charles was born in Kansas on December 28, 1943. Charles had a career of being a draftsman, he had over 15 years of experience. Charles is survived by his wife Jinghui "Linda" Yu.
