Clara Lou Campbell

Clara was born in San Francisco, CA on 11/4/1943 to Pearl and Thomas Matthewson. She graduated from Claremont High and continued on to receive her Associate's from Mt. SAC. She worked as a psych tech at Charter Oak Hospital until she retired.

Clara met her first husband at a street race (she won) and they had 3 children together. She remarried in 1995; the two were happily married for 25 years until her passing.

Clara is preceded in death by her father Thomas Matthewson, stepmother Lilian Matthewson, and son Jerry Scott Manning.

Clara is survived by husband Harvey D. Campbell, daughters Chris Ryder (Tom) and Laura Manning, stepsons Tracy (Traci) and Jeff (Robyn), grandchildren Tommy (Summer), John (Melissa), Jessica (Kyle), Amber, Darla and Gavin, 8 great grandchildren, siblings Melanie Seacat and Geof Seacat, and her family and friends.

No services will be held as requested by Clara. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
