Oh the adventures we all had with you. Dirt bike riding, camping, houseboats, hiking, all the things I miss now that I am older.  Mudslides on the 4th of July when I was 16 years old. Everyone talks about the pool initiations, those were the best. We put our Christmas tree up by December 14th just for you every year. We had to tell you that a get together was starting 2 hours early otherwise you would be late every time and always seemed to know exactly when we all sat down for dinner at Grandma's house. Life will not be the same without you here.

You are loved and missed very much. Till we meet again. 

One of my favorite memories would have to be when I would come over to see Katie an I would always end up talking to you for 10-15 mins. Katie would get upset an come get me an pull me away haha
You definitely miss the little things when they’re gone huh. 
I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them.


My dad loved to live life. Nothing was too big for him. He was the smartest, funniest, coolest, most capable guy in the room. My childhood was filled with activities because my dad just couldn’t sit still - thanks for passing that on! Dirt bikes, camping, sports, fishing, hiking, boating.. we did anything that required us to be outside. Thanks for all the great experiences dad, I’m so grateful to have done so much because of you. I remember him always messing around, even when it should be a serious time. Now it’s our turn to make our best memories with my kids so they can have the same smarts that grandpa had. We love you and miss you so much pops!

I have so many memories with coach Don and the family, one of my favorites though would be what he would do when I was up to bat. I was always under a lot of pressure up there and my family in the stands and my dad would get in my head. Whenever that happened coach Don could tell and he would always say something along the lines of mute out the stands. That helped me to ignore the pressure placed on my and remember to just have fun. That was just one of the ways coach Don helped mold me into who I am today. I still mute out the stands.

Donald and I grew up as best friends. We always had a lots of laughs together. He left High School early and joined the Army. He had a CJ5 jeep that came with a 4 cylinder motor, for Donnie this just wasn’t enough power. So Donnie went back to the dealership where he purchased it and told them he wanted a V8 in it. So a long story short he ended up with a high performance Javelin 403 motor in it. He twisted many of tapered axles off in that bad boy. Had huge Tires!

Im sure everyone knows all about the rules about the pool. If you dont go in voluntarily he will put you in him self. I remember 4th of July's, this one year we went to play golf. Playing golf with Donny was never about the game itself. It was all about fun, and doing some crazy stuff on the course. On this day i was with him in the cart, he was driving. The first few holes he made me feel totally relaxed, so i let my guard down( big mistake) i put my feet up on the dash of the cart. We are going down the fairway, and cousin Donny being Donny seen the perfect chance to teach me a lesson. Never let your guard down around me, im leaning back with my feet up and bam Donny did a quick left turn and i flew out the right side of the cart. Slamming into the fairway on my butt and did a few rolls. Donny then slams on the breaks comes to a stop grabs his beer looks at me and points takes a swig and says, ill give that dismount a 9.5. We laughed about that the rest of the day, he also would stop the cart on your ball, do a burn out and tell you to play your ball as it lays. It was always a good time around Donny, even as little kids and as adults he always was fun to be around. R.I.P cousin you were the best, and will be missed but never forgotten.

Katie and I were super close in high school so I was always over at her house. One of the first times I met Don we were all running around the house like crazy people because Cheyenne had a softball game and we were running late. Cheyenne, Katie and I all jump in the toaster with Mr. Newman and he floors it! I’ve never been so scared in my life. We get to Ayala and instead of going the “proper” way this man jumps on the bike roadway. Of course I wasn’t sure we were supposed to be there and I’m about 15-16 so we know everything, I asked him if he was sure we could be there. This man turns to his mirror looks me straight in the eye and said what are you talking about this is my own personal race track they made it for me. We of course made it on time and I swear I was laughing for at least 90% of that afternoon. Although Mr. Newman was an opinionated man there was nothing he wouldn’t do for his kids or his grandkids. He loved you all so much! He was never short on the jokes and always made me feel like I belonged there. There will never be a day he’s not missed by us all. I love you Newmans and I’m so sorry you lost such a crazy, fun, amazing man. I know he found a nice spot up there to cheer you guys on til you see him again.

My Uncle. Man all the memories I have growing up involve you. I knew when we were spending weekends with Uncle Donny we were going to have an adventure. From camping trips, to lake trips with the boat, and to dirt bike riding. Man those were the days! Let's not forget the family initiations you had. Always throwing people in the pool, clothes shoes and all. Earl was a victim of that. My dad and you were hilarious and always making us all laugh and just enjoy time. You taught me to make memories with family and do so by being adventurous. Live life , be kind and be true to yourself. RiP Uncle Donny. Love your Niece, Laura. (Kiddo). 

I remember Mr. Newman from when I played softball with Katie for Chino Girls Fastpitch. I distinctly remember his yellow car and how funny he was. May he Rest In Peace and watch over his family from above.

Your dad would take me out riding with his friends. He put me on a YZ 490 , told me how the gears worked and said 
Alright go for it! He was instrumental at teaching me about large dirt-bikes and off-roading. I learned a-lot from my bro 


During our softball years I traveled to Colorado with you guys. Kaitie her dad and myself! I remember Kaitie and I not officially allowed to drive yet but we  drove the yellow car across the country with her dad. We stoped at her dads friends house and I met the cutest pit bull there. Your dad had such cool friends! Plus how cool to meet new  people across the country. that trip was so memorable I will never forget it. I’ll never forget your dad at your games cheering you on and giving you a hard time! He was an awesome dude! RIP
