Edward was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Edward Williams and Lucille Smith on September 5, 1932. Edward got his Associate's Degree and went on to be a retail clerk, working in the grocery industry for 25 years. Edward and his family lived in Ontario, residing there for 57 years.
