A funeral service for Eloy will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Draper Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. Following the funeral service will be a burial from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W. G St., Ontario, CA 91764.
