He was born in San Bernardino, California, in 1947 to Antonio Villasenor and Paula Valdez. Phil attended Chaffey High School before he enlisted in the Army.
Phil is survived by his wife, Barbara, his sons: Brandon, Phillip, and Chuck, his two grandsons: Felix and Cyrus, his brother: David, his sisters: Esther Enriquez, Irene McKenna and Virginia Jordan, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Phil was a devoted father, husband, brother, and uncle, and an esteemed Vietnam veteran. He leaves behind a legacy of bravery, love, and unwavering strength.
His memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him. A funeral service for Phil will be held Friday, February 2, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Draper Mortuary.
