Frances was a resilient, faithful, and selfless individual who loved unconditionally and was known for her caring nature. She resided in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and was an active member of the Rock Church and Iglesia La Roca. Her personal interests included gardening, watching Hallmark and Home Garden shows, listening to worship music, and vacationing at the beach and mountains. Most of all though, Frances cherished being at home in her backyard with family and attending her great grandchildren's activities.
Frances was the beloved wife of Eddie Omotoy, with whom she shared a life filled with love, partnership, and unwavering support. Together they built a home rooted in kindness, faith, and family.
