Frank Olvera, age 61, was born in Donna, Texas on March 14, 1959. He married Ruby Manzanares on June 12, 1978. Frank worked for 37 years for the Fullerton School District in the Maintenance Department.
Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and going fishing, and had a passion for managing and coaching baseball, from Little League, Mickey Mantle, Connie Mack, Stan Musial, NBC Leagues, and was a big supporter of Chaffey Baseball.
Frank is preceded by his parents, Miguel and Maria Olvera; his sister, Paula Cavazos; and his brothers Emilio and Joaquin.
Frank is survived by his wife Ruby; two children, Frank Jr. and Eugene; five grandchildren, Geno Jr., Ariana, Eric, Elektra, and Makenna; three brothers, Alex Olvera, Joe Olvera, and Max Olvera; two sisters, Lupe Colombel and Bridget Diaz; father-in-law Gilbert Manzanares and mother-in-law Lydia Manzanares; sisters-in-law Rosie Echavarria and Patsy Manzanares; and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
Frank was a true Friend, Husband, a wonderful Father and Grandpa.
