Hung was born to Dan Tran and Thai Ly on November 2, 1943 in Vietnam. He graduated high school and went on to have a career as an assemblyman, working with window coverings for 15 years.
A visitation for Hung will be held Monday, August 1, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Draper Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. A visitation will occur Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Draper Mortuary.
